Children’s classes and adults classes will be determined according to minimum numbers of students. The classes have a maximum of 5 students.

Policies for payment; Students needs to give a 24 hours notification when they cancel lessons. Please note that there is no refund for block lessons cancellations once the block has started. Make up lessons available if notice has been given 24 hours ahead of the lesson. Lessons cancelled by me will be made up during the term. A block of lessons or lessons as part of a block can be taking over two terms . The student can use the lessons over following term or join other classes to suit their time table.Make up lessons available but no refund.

Let's Speak French reserves the right to cancel a class if it does not reach a minimum number of students.

Mode of payment; directly in bank account or cash on the day of the lesson

Payment to bank account details confirmed with the booking details.
